Dr. Frank-Steffen Walliser Visits Porsche Center Richmond
Porsche Richmond Center had the distinct honor of hosting Dr. Frank-Steffen Walliser, one of Porsche’s most influential leaders. Known as the chief designer of the iconic 918 Spyder, former head of Porsche Motorsport and GT vehicle production, and current head of the 718 and 911 model lines, Dr. Walliser brings a wealth of experience and innovation.
During his visit, Dr. Walliser toured the facility, engaged with staff, and shared insights into Porsche’s engineering philosophy and future direction. His presence was an inspiration to the entire team, reinforcing their passion for the Porsche brand.

Once Upon A Shine Gala
Each year, SDC hosts the Once Upon a Shine Gala to celebrate achievements, raise funds, and showcase the incredible talents of children with disabilities. As founder David Wang says, the event aims to build “a vision of a larger puzzle that includes everyone.”
On January 27, 2024, the SDC 2024 CURV Once Upon a Shine Gala, presented by Beeta Education, took place at the Vancouver Convention Centre. The evening featured inspiring speeches, moving performances by our program participants, and important conversations about our impact and future goals. It was a magical night filled with joy, hope, and community spirit.
Givenchy Influencer Event at Holt Renfrew Vancouver
In 2018, Givenchy celebrated the launch of its first standalone beauty boutique in Canada at Holt Renfrew Vancouver with an exclusive influencer event. Beauty and fashion influencers were invited for personalized makeup consultations, product demos, and a first look at the luxurious Givenchy Le Makeup line.
